BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (WNYT)- A judge dismissed all charges against Yvette Giovanni in a Halfmoon animal cruelty case and ruling prosecutors said the verdict came as a surprise.
Giovanni owned A Time Four Paws, a dog daycare and boarding facility in Halfmoon. The facility shut down in July 2025 after a dog died in her care and investigators found poor living conditions for other animals staying there.
