COHOES, N.Y. (WNYT)- Two Cohoes businesses were found selling unlicensed cannabis after community complaints, according to the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM).
OCM says Cohoes police received multiple complaints about Krunchy Deli at 45 White Street and Smoke Rite 3 at 125 Main Street. They say police contacted OCM’s Enforcement and Investigations Division for help.
After search warrants were executed, OCM said they inspected both locations, issued Notices of Violation for unlicensed cannabis sales and seized all illicit cannabis found onsite. They said the businesses were not closed down based on the evidence gathered during its inspections…
