BRUNSWICK, NY — State Police arrested Jon B. Tanzman on Sept. 4, 2026, on an additional charge of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, a class E felony.
During a continued investigation, investigators located multiple images on Tanzman’s electronic devices consistent with a device used for surreptitious viewing.
