Police: Troy woman drove while 5x legal limit for intoxication

BRUNSWICK, N.Y. (WNYT) – State Police said a Troy woman drive with a blood alcohol level five times the legal limit for intoxication.

Police said troopers responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway of Troy Country Club Road in Brunswick around 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 16. They patrolled the area and found a vehicle matching the caller’s description.

The driver, 49-year-old Jacqueline M. Fera, was charged with driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic violations. She was transported to the State Police barracks in Brunswick for processing…
