ALBANY, NY (WNYT) — As summer gives way to fall, Washington Park will once again become the backdrop for an evening celebrating the history, beauty and future of one of Albany’s most recognizable public spaces.
The Washington Park Conservancy’s annual September Splendor event is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 3, from 7 to 9 p.m. The event brings together neighbors, friends and supporters for an evening featuring food, wine, music, local artwork and silent auctions — all while raising support for Washington Park.
