WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Watervliet man is accused of making unauthorized purchases with a credit card stolen from an Albany County business. Orquis Milan Rosario was charged with grand larceny, identity theft, and multiple traffic violations.
The business reported the unauthorized use to New York State Police on August 24, and troopers said Milan Rosario used the stolen card in July and August.

The 24-year-old is accused of making purchases totaling over $3,000. He has no known connection with the business. During the investigation, police said they found several items at Milan Rosario’s home that he allegedly purchased with the stolen credit card.
Milan Rosario was arrested on September 15 during a traffic stop on I-787 in Watervliet. He was processed at State Police in Latham and then arraigned in Coeymans Town Court…
