The National Weather Service in Albany has confirmed a third tornado occurred on Thursday August 27, 2026.
In addition to the two previously confirmed twisters in Saratoga County, an EF-1 tornado touched down southwest of DeBraine Lake in Hamilton County at around 4:30pm. Estimated peak winds were 90 miles per hour, and the tornado was on the ground for about one-quarter mile.
