It’s National Lobster Day, which gives me a pretty good excuse to talk about lobster rolls. Honestly, I’d eat one any day of the year. Summer may be over, but I’m not ready to give up one of my favorite tastes of the season.
I am partial to the warm lobster roll, with a ton of butter and piled high with lobster meat. But I’m not turning down a cold one with mayo, either. That’s the fun part of this debate: there really isn’t a wrong answer.
