Albany, NY (WRGB) — A traffic stop on the New York State Thruway in Albany led to the arrest of two men and the seizure of more than 500 grams of oxycodone, New York State Police said.
On Sept. 25, 2026, members of State Police Troop T, SP Albany and Troop G Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested 31-year-old Tasheem Haggray of Amsterdam, and 26-year-old Ptolemy Sutherland Jr. of Schenectady.
At about 8:35 p.m. Sept. 25, troopers saw a car driving I-87 in Albany in violation of vehicle and traffic laws and conducted a stop.
