ALBANY, NY — Two men were arrested and charged with felony drug possession following a traffic stop on the New York State Thruway on Sept. 25, 2026.
Tasheem Haggray, 31, of Amsterdam, and Ptolemy Sutherland Jr., 26, of Schenectady, were taken into custody by members of State Police Troop T, SP Albany and Troop G Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team.
