Cohoes man admits to selling guns to undercover police

ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- A Cohoes man admitted to selling two guns to undercover police and now faces prison time in Albany County.

Albany County District Attorney Lee Kindlon announced that 32-year-old Bazeil Phoenix of Cohoes pleaded guilty before Judge William Little to third-degree criminal sale of a firearm.
