EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. (WNYT) – Rensselaer County Executive Steve McLaughlin has signed a ban on kratom into law.
A public hearing was held Thursday, September 24 with supporters and those in opposition both making their case. County lawmakers approved the new measure in a 15 to 2 vote.
