SARATOGA COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — An Albany man was arrested in Saratoga County for having nearly 40 driving suspensions.
30-year-old Dillon Koonce was pulled over on Crescent Avenue in Saratoga Springs on October 1st around 2:42 p.m. He was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 1st degree, a class E felony.
