ALBANY, NY — Albany police are continuing to investigate the shooting that killed a 15-year-old boy early Sunday morning on Hudson Avenue, an area that has seen years of large party crowds tied to the nearby University at Albany and former College of Saint Rose campuses.
Police Chief Brendan Cox said his team is actively investigating the weekend shooting and urged teens and college students to stay out of the area, describing the chaos as a “teen takeover.”
