QUEENSBURY, NY — State Police stopped a vehicle on Interstate 87 on September 30, 2026, at about 8:27 p.m. for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
The driver was identified as Kevin S. Vandokkenburg, 45, of Lincoln Park, New Jersey.
