Capital Region and Hudson Valley residents are expected to join nationwide “No Kings: Vote Early” demonstrations Saturday as organizers urge constituents to make voting plans ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections.
This weekend’s nonpartisan events are the fourth round of protests since President Donald J. Trump’s second term began in January 2025. To encourage residents to make plans to vote, organizers are hosting sidewalk events, distributing informational flyers, making signs and arranging car caravans on Saturday, some of which will continue through Election Day.
