SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. (WRGB) — State Police have arrested a man they say was going 154 miles per hour on Route 9 in Clifton Park.
They say Logan Powers, 28, evaded officers when they tried to stop him around 10:20 Monday evening. A tire deflation device was deployed, but police lost sight of the vehicle.
