ALBANY — Police investigating the disappearance of Ashley Carroll, the Troy woman who vanished 16 years ago, found human remains Tuesday afternoon behind a home at 7 Marlborough Court.
An initial analysis of the remains revealed signs of foul play, a law enforcement source familiar with the investigation said.
