COLONIE — Early construction is now visible at 244 Wolf Road, where a retail plaza that will include a new Subway restaurant is being built.
The plaza will span 6,500 square feet and is being built on a 0.7-acre lot. The Subway location, owned by Russ Faden, a local developer and Subway franchisee, will take up 1,900 square feet of the development.
Faden, along with Yates Scott Lansing and Colin Lansing, of Lansing Engineering in Malta, bought the property for $250,000 in 2022. The project has a $2.75 million budget and is expected to be completed next spring…
