ALBANY, NY — State Police arrested a Massachusetts woman in connection with the theft of a state-owned vehicle from the Capitol.
Kayla S. Denison, 32, of Bradford, Massachusetts, was arrested Oct. 21 on a charge of grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony.
The investigation determined that Denison took the vehicle from West Capital Park in Albany on Aug. 26 and drove it to Oak Hill School Road in Pownal, where she abandoned it, police said…
