Watervliet gun possession arrests follow hours-long standoff

Three men were arraigned in Watervliet City Court on gun possession charges connected to a standoff in the city Tuesday. A “ghost gun” was used in the shots fired on 23rd Street in Watervliet, police said. Police found it with an extended 30-round magazine, they said. It’s called a ghost gun because it’s been reassembled to make it untraceable.
