Albany man paralyzed in shooting accused of selling gun to minor. An Albany man is accused of selling a gun to a teenager, who later died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Ellazar Williams is accused of giving the gun to a 14-year-old at New Hope Terrace. That teen was found dead on Friday afternoon from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
