Man paralyzed from officer involved shooting in 2018 facing weapon charges

ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) – Ellazar Williams, the man left paralyzed from the chest down after an officer involved shooting in 2018, is facing weapon charges. Williams is accused of giving a 14-year-old boy a loaded handgun inside the boy’s home on New Hope Terrace in Albany on January 19. The teen later fatally shot himself with it.
