ALBANY, NY (WRGB) – The trial of 21-year-old Brian Moses begins today in Albany County court with opening statements at 9:30 a.m. Moses is charged with murder in connection with a September 2022 shooting that left 18-year-old William Sanders dead. He pled not guilty to the charges in October 2022 and has been in Albany County Jail awaiting trial.
