ALBANY, NY (WRGB) – An Albany teen was sentenced to eight years in prison Tuesday after he pled guilty to weapon possession in November 2023. Anthony Carter, 19, of Albany, was sentenced to 8 years in State Prison, followed by 5 years of parole in Albany County Court this morning in relation to a St. Patrick’s Day incident in the city.
