An Oneida County man was arrested on Tuesday after a brief foot chase that put a Clifton Park elementary school into lockout. Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 201 Foxwood Drive at about 12:15 p.m. for a report of a possible trespassing. While investigating the complaint, a man jumped out of the window.
