GUILDERLAND, N.Y. – A car went off the Crossgates Mall ramp overpass and was struck by an SUV on I-87 at around 7:21 p.m. on Sunday, according to New York State Police. Police said the car was exiting the Northway on the ramp toward Crossgates Mall when it went through the guide rail and off the overpass. The vehicle landed on the northbound lanes of the Thruway.
