CAPITAL REGION (WRGB) – A strong but fast moving storm will pass well south of the region Tuesday morning bringing a shot of accumulating snow to the Mid-Hudson Valley and Berkshires with some light snow possible as far north as the Capital Region and southern Vermont mainly in the morning.
