SCHENECTADY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Bountiful Bread, located at 108 State Street in Schenectady, is closing its doors. The café’s last day is Friday, February 16.

Bountiful Bread is owned by White Management Corporation, which also locally owns Annabel’s Pizza Co. in Schenectady and The Log Jam in Lake George. The company also operates Taco Bell, KFC, and Dunkin’ locations. Bountiful Bread originally opened in Schenectady in 2021.
“The Bountiful Bread in Stuyvesant Plaza will not be affected by this closure and will remain open for customers to continue to enjoy the homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, freshly baked breads, sweets, and custom cakes they have enjoyed over the years,” said White Management Corporation.
