ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The Albany Police Department has confirmed that a deceased 51-year-old male was located on Friday morning at around 8:20 a.m. The individual was located in the area of Third Street and Thornton Street.

Police say the cause of death is unknown at this time but it is not believed to be suspicious. Investigations are ongoing.
