Police arrest Watervliet man on grand larceny charge

HALFMOON, N.Y. ( NEWS10) — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua M. Bell, 38, of Watervliet, for grand larceny in the third degree and falsifying business records in the first degree. The arrest was made following an investigation at the New Country Toyota of Clifton Park Collision Center, where Bell worked as a manager.

Between August 2022 and August 2023, Bell is alleged to have stolen money and falsified business records. He was arraigned at the Halfmoon Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
