Saratoga Chowderfest winners announced

The 25th annual Saratoga Chowderfest was held on Saturday, February 10. The festival had 85 vendors with 10 first-time participants, 116,383 bowls of chowder served, and over 40,000 event attendees.

Gloversville’s Food Truck Fridays schedule released

Gloversville’s Food Truck Fridays are returning for 2024. The bi-weekly events will be at Castiglione Park on North Main Street starting May 31.

Bountiful Bread closing Schenectady café location

Bountiful Bread, located at 108 State Street in Schenectady, is closing its doors. The café’s last day is Friday, February 16.

McGeary’s Irish Pub in Albany up for sale

McGeary’s Irish Pub, located at 4 Clinton Square in Albany, has been listed for sale. Owner Tess Collins said the pub is staying open while the property is on the market.
