Middleburgh woman sentenced to three years for drug crimes

ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Teirra Pickering, 59, of Middleburgh, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for distributing heroin-fentanyl mixtures on four occasions. One individual who received the mixture reportedly died hours later of an overdose.

Pickering admitted to distributing the controlled substances between late February and early March 2021. She will serve three years of post-release supervision upon release from prison.
