AMSTERDAM, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The mayor of Amsterdam reports that there is a water line break that occurred this morning at the intersection of Chapel Place and Yale Street. City crews are working to locate and fix the break.

The mayor states that as soon as the break can be determined, there will be an advisory sent out to impacted areas. This will also require a boil water advisory for these areas.
Those experiencing low water pressure or those that have no water currently are in one of the areas impacted by this water line break. Stick with NEWS10 for updates.
