Wendell K. Boone, 39, of Schenectady, and Catoria A. Pittman, 35, were arrested in connection to the Crane St. standoff. At 1 p.m. Tuesday, officers from the Schenectady Police Department responded to the 900 block of Crane Street for the report of a physical altercation between a male and female.
