Jury has case of man accused of killing Albany man. The fate of a man accused of killing a hip-hop artist in Albany is now in the hands of a jury. Tyshaun Purvis allegedly shot and killed Dominique Eley in Albany in July 2022. The shooting happened near North Pearl Street and Livingston Avenue in the middle of the day.
