ALBANY, NY (WRGB) – Albany police officers arrested a 14-year-old male Wednesday night, following reports of a person with a weapon. At around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the 100 block of Commerce Avenue for reports of a person with a weapon. When they arrived, officers stopped a group of individuals who were involved with this incident for further investigation.
