A business group has proposed bringing a professional soccer franchise to Albany and building a 8,000-seat downtown stadium that would be the team’s home. Business for Good Co-Founders Ed and Lisa Mitzen announced Thursday their intention, along with other investors, to bring an MLS Next Pro team to the Capital Region.
