An Albany man is accused of drunken driving with two children in the vehicle. State Police troopers stopped a vehicle on Central Avenue in Colonie for a traffic violation. Marcus Barrolle, 33, was found to be intoxicated. He had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.23% – nearly three times the legal limit.
