Bistro opens in former Bombers space in Albany

ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — A new restaurant called Out of Town Bistro has opened in Albany. The eatery is located in the former Bombers Burrito Bar space at 258 Lark Street.

Out of Town Bistro first opened for 518 Black Restaurant Week from June 17 to 23. The restaurant released its full menu on June 29.

The menu includes wings, salads, fish and chips, loaded nachos, mac and cheese bites, burgers, a crispy chicken sandwich, a philly cheesesteak sandwich, grilled salmon, steak, lamb chops, pasta, and more. You can view the full menu on the Out of Town Bistro Facebook page .

Latin kitchen opens second location in Albany

Bombers Burrito Bar closed on Lark Street in July 2023 and was the last restaurant in the chain to close. In January 2023, Bombers in Schenectady closed its doors. The chain also previously had a location at Empire State Plaza.

Out of Town Bistro is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to midnight, and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. You can call (518) 512-4342 for reservations.
