This grant will help the town implement new traffic safety and pedestrian access projects. The town will implement a sidewalk project by installing new sidewalks on Sitterly Road to provide a safe, continuous route for residents from their homes to Crossing Boulevard, Clifton Park Center Mall, and the Town Center Area.

There will also be a single-lane roundabout installed at Sitterly Road, Clifton Park Center Road, and the mall entrance. This will help enhance intersection capacity, reduce congestion and delays during peak hours, and include crosswalks for pedestrians.
