A Connecticut man was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was driving wrong way on I-90. State Police said troopers stopped a vehicle driven by Edilson Joviana Pereira, 35, of West Hartford, after they observed it going west in the eastbound lanes just before 1 a.m. on Aug. 18.
