Saratoga man faces multiple charges after burglary and assault, police say

A Saratoga man was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, forcible touching, second-degree harassment, and DWI. Police were called August 17, at 12:34 a.m., to a home in Saratoga for the reports of a disturbance. According to police, Teodoro R. Tolentino, 48, of Saratoga Springs, drove to the location “uninvited and unwelcomed and entered the home without permission.”
