ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — An Albany man, who was accused of firing a gun toward someone earlier this year, pleaded not guilty. The Albany County District Attorney’s Office said Maurice Steward was arraigned on a second degree attempted murder charge.

He is accused of firing a handgun toward a 19-year-old man during a fight inside a home on Second Avenue in July. The victim suffered a foot injury.
Steward is being held on $150,000 bail.
