Saratoga Springs’ payment of another legal bill is being held up amid questions about on-call payments. In July, city GOP committee chair Mike Brandi brought an emergency petition to Saratoga County Supreme Court Justice Dianne Freestone, preventing the city from paying a $60,000 legal bill to defend Accounts Commissioner Dillon Moran.
