As part of his guilty plea, Rosario admitted to entering the drug dealer’s Guilderland home in January 2022 with Alexander Madera armed with a pistol and a rifle, respectively. Rosario was on guard in the living room while Madera reportedly robbed the dealer of $172 at gunpoint.

Before they could leave the home, DOJ said another resident woke up and saw Rosario, who pointed the gun at the resident. A struggle between that resident and others in the home resulted in Rosario and Madera being disarmed. They were restrained until police arrived.
