Superintendent weighs in on safety, cell phones as students return

ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) – Friday is the first day of school for many in the City School District of Albany, including everyone in first through eighth grade, and high school freshmen. Superintendent Joseph Hochreiter is now in his second year in Albany, where there are more than 8,700 students enrolled.
