Albany Police say they arrested Devyne White, 25, of Albany in connection with a stabbing that happened Thursday on South Pearl Street. The stabbing happened around 10:40 a.m. Police say an officer was on duty and patrolling in the area of City Mission, located at 259 South Pearl Street, when the officer observed the stabbing happen.
