ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB)- Three teens who police say were armed have been arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle this afternoon. On Monday, September 9 at 4:10 p.m., members of the Albany Police Department were in the process of a stolen vehicle investigation when they found three individuals inside a stolen 2008 Mercedes Benz in the area of Catherine Street and Oneida Terrace.
