ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The Albany County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of an Albany man following a retail theft investigation. Brian McCoy, 58, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Deputies say they arrested McCoy on Tuesday after an investigation revealed that he was responsible for a string of retail thefts at Home Depot at Crossgates Commons Plaza. Deputies reported that McCoy stole vinyl flooring, tools, and an air conditioner totaling $1,845.87.
